The coffee is good or bad for you?

People love coffee - has become an indispensable part of our daily lives. Many people drink two or more cups of coffee a day, mostly for breakfast and again at night, or with friends. But the coffee is really as bad as some experts say it is?

There have been many studies the effects of coffee and the results are mixed at best. Some studies have found that drinkingCoffee reduces the risk of Parkinson's disease, gout, liver cirrhosis and heart disease. Other studies point out, however, fear that coffee increases the risk of high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, ed.

Stay on the safe side, some people take the decision to avoid a large proportion of coffee than anywhere else, can up and find their pick-me-. But for the average person, it is often difficult to stop once they have become accustomed to the morningCup of coffee.

If you want to stop drinking coffee, but we still need your daily caloric intake, there are many different drinks to try. If you are overweight, you can try switching to tea - especially green tea. The tea has a natural effect of weight loss because it increases metabolism for a short period.

On the other hand, if you weight, and I want to address some meat health, share instead of shakes. These smoothies are often filled with protein and are alsogreat if you exercise. The proteins can boost sustainable energy, and without the risk of a collapse of caffeine.

So until more definitive conclusions about the effect of coffee appears, the jury is still out whether it is good or bad for you. For now, just follow the simple rule of moderation - nothing is too bad for you, no doubt. 3-5 cups a day should be safe enough for many people.
